1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Finsl app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

To use Finsl as a parent/guardian:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a resident of India
• You must have a valid Indian mobile number
• You must be the legal parent or guardian of any child account you create

Child accounts are for children aged 10 to 17 years only. By creating a child account, you confirm you are the legal parent or guardian of that child.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and OTP
• Keeping your children's Magic Code (PIN) confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your registered phone number remains active and accessible

4. Virtual Wallet

• The Finsl wallet is a virtual accounting system — not a regulated banking account or payment instrument
• Parents control all money transfers to child wallets
• UPI payments are processed through third-party apps (GPay, PhonePe, etc.) — Finsl is not responsible for UPI app failures or delays
• Spending limits set in the app apply within Finsl only
• Virtual wallet balances hold no real monetary value outside the app at this stage

5. Chores and Rewards

• Rewards assigned to chores are virtual and controlled entirely by the parent
• Finsl does not guarantee or enforce any chore-reward agreement between parents and children
• Parents may approve, reject, or request revision of any chore completion
• Finsl is not responsible for any disputes between parents and children regarding chore rewards

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the app
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm any user
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Finsl app, its content, features, and functionality are owned by Finslverse Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for failures or delays caused by third-party UPI apps or banks
• We are not liable for any loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@finsl.co. Upon deletion, all associated child accounts will also be deactivated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
